Apple Set To Release 17-inch Student iMac Computer for $899

Are you a student on a tight budget but want an iMac? If dishing out $1150 bucks for a 20-inch iMac would set you back several months, then Apple's new 17-inch iMac priced at $899 might just be the ticket!

Apple has confirmed that it plans to bring back a 17-inch model to the Apple Store for students. Apple originally had an 'eMac' that had a 17-inch screen and was priced around $800 but was later discontinued a few years later in 2006.

The new iMac should have the same features as the current ones on the market but with a smaller screen and perhaps slower processor and less memory. However, priced at $899 - you really can't go wrong for a space saving desktop computer from Apple.
