While NASA is busy sending probes to our Moon in search for water ice, scientist here on Earth have found new evidence that an ocean is beneath one of Saturn's moons.
The icy moon, called Enceladus, contains salt which is a signature of seawater, in the ice grains from vapor jets streaming out of the surface cracks. This new evidence makes some scientists believe that a huge liquid reservoir is beneath the frozen crust of the Moon and could contain alien life.
The discovery was made by the Cassini spacecraft as part of NASA's Equinox Mission.
You can find all of the information about the discover in the June 25th issue of the journal Nature.
We are getting closer and closer to finding water in the stars, I think we getting very close and it shouldn't be too much longer before we have confirmed proof of such waters exist.
